All students must give 24 hours notice if cancelling a lesson otherwise they will be charged for that lesson.

All instructors have the right to cancel any lessons if they feel they have been threatened or abused in any form and any monies remaining will not be refunded.

All block book lessons must be taken within a period of 6 months. After this time the money will be given to a registered charity.
Instructors may have to cancel lessons without notice in adverse weather conditions ,mechanical failure and unexpected traffic problems.
